Abstract: This paper is the result of a professional internship experience carried through a school clinic in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre which aimed to investigate the symptoms reported by a four-year-old patient. The main objective of this study was to inquire the transgenerational issues involved in the patient’s family history in order to understand the symptoms presented in her behavior. For this purpose, interviews with her mother and psychotherapeutic sessions with the patient were held. The results identified evidences of negative and positive influence of the ancestors on the future generations. The emotional and physical discomfort, the psychological pain inherited, the unspeakable, the silenced secrets which inhabits the subject’s universe tie and subject the person to a life that alienates and imprisons the one. It is considered that all information that could be collected about the ancestors will be the best legacy. The problem is in not becoming an heir of what is one’s own heritage.

Psychic maturation and ADHD:

It is understood that playing plays a fundamental role in the constitution of the subject and that, in child psychotherapy, it is a way of communicating, representing and elaborating a psychic conflict, in addition to giving vent to fantasies and alleviating anxieties. When there are flaws in the psychic structure, particularly with regard to primitive emotional development, it is possible that the child has difficulty in representing their suffering through play and symbolization. However, in addition to the diagnosis, it is important to be aware of the psychological suffering of these children, with restlessness, difficulty in maintaining attention and impulsiveness perhaps being a way in which they find to bring their conflicts to light. Studies on emotional development, on the constitution of the primitive psyche, contribute to the understanding of the symptoms in question. From a case report, it was possible to observe the psychic maturation process of a child with ADHD symptoms, who was undergoing psychotherapeutic treatment from seven to nine years old. Through the creation of a sufficiently good setting, which matches the maternal function, guaranteeing predictability, reliability and identification of needs, it was possible to observe evidence of a symbolic register and no longer merely a motor one.

This article discusses the psychoanalytic clinic with infants and their parents, from the history of two cases of male toddlers with speech retardation, pushiness to parents and classmates, and agitation to discuss the psychoanalytic approach to infants and their parents. We will try to understand which space this infants have in their parents minds and what is the connection between this space and the symptoms presented. Furthermore, we will also try to understand the alliance between the infants and their parents, and unconscious aspects of parents´ minds which could be related to the clinical presentation. As a result of the work, it is possible to defend the idea that the approach of parents and their infants using the psychoanalytic interventions must be focused on both together and not separately.

Freud, Winnicott and Creativity

Freud considered the writer as one of the primordials interlocutors of his work. This article remembers some of his writings about art, esthetics, creative process, with the objective of valorize the importance and the precocity of some works that have inspired some concepts of Winnicott, that was also a psychoanalysis author appreciated of the teoricals of literature because of his original writings about the teory of the creativeness and the culture.

Family Bonding

The Current lifestyles continuously stimulate fast and constant changes, preventing assimilation, accommodation, elaboration and construction of meanings to everyday events, which leads to weakening relationships. The present paper focuses on the theme of family bonding, based on a practical experience from the researcher during curricular internship, and its objective was to strengthen affective bonds in the perspective of secure attachment. This exploratory study, with qualitative nature is a case study in a four-member family in the city of Caxias do Sul, through interventions inside the home environment, the results were divided into categories based on Bardin content analysis. The results show that interventions based on the Theory of Attachment, which took place at the family's home, can be an alternative intervention for the strengthening of affective bonds. Research and new interventions are necessary to legitimize the results observed, corroborating the effectiveness of interventions in the home environment.

Apostando na potência deste diálogo transdisciplinar a fim de construir, com a literatura e através dela, operadores da clínica contemporânea, o presente artigo vale-se de autores como Winnicott e Deleuze.
